All members of the prepaid and stored value card industry are invited to submit nominations for the 2009 Paybefore Awards, recognizing the top programs, products, organizations and people working in prepaid.

The annual Paybefore Awards, now in their third year, are the oldest and most prestigious awards to recognize excellence in the worldwide prepaid and stored value card industry. To date, more than 100 organizations and individuals have been honored by Paybefore for their achievements.

A panel of five industry experts will serve as judges for this year’s competition. With the exception of the Paybefore Industry Achievement Award, the judges’ choices of three winners in each category will be announced in Paybefore Update and on Paybefore.com no later than Feb. 13, 2009. One winner in each category will be designated Best-in-Category and will be announced—along with the Paybefore Industry Achievement Award winner(s)—during a general session on March 10, 2009, at the 2009 Prepaid Card Expo, Orlando, Fla.

For the first time, Best-in-Category designees will be asked to participate in a break-out session to share their learnings with 2009 Prepaid Card Expo attendees. The session will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
